Email us at billing@thecalmnurse.com with your account email and we'll process your cancellation within 1 business day. You'll retain premium access through the end of your billing period.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I report a content error in a flashcard?

Email support@thecalmnurse.com with the deck name, card content, and the correction. We review all content reports promptly.

Can I request a refund?

How does the spaced repetition algorithm work?

Our flashcard system uses the SM-2 algorithm, which schedules cards based on how well you recall them. Cards you find hard appear more frequently; cards you know well appear less often.
