Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use The Calm Nurse. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any platform content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Share your account credentials with others

If you create custom flashcards or other content on the platform, you retain ownership of that content and grant The Calm Nurse a non-exclusive license to store and display it for your use. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the platform or its users. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease at the end of the current billing period.

All content on The Calm Nurse — including flashcards, practice questions, study guides, graphics, branding, and educational materials — is owned by The Calm Nurse and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

The Calm Nurse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Calm Nurse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may modify these Terms or the platform at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
